This Bloom & Reset Yoga Retreat on Spetses is your invitation to take a break from the relentless grind and perfectionism and finally let yourself exhale. This isn’t a place to “do it all”—it’s a retreat to do less, with a group of women who also know what it’s like to carry too much. Join us for four days in a small circle of women on the beautiful island of Spetses, staying in a contemporary boutique hotel that’s equal parts stylish and serene. With a blend of mindful movement, self-compassion workshops, plenty of downtime, and a little island adventure, this retreat is all about leaving your worries at the door and coming home to yourself.

    The Deluxe Balcony Rooms on the second floor feature traditional wooden balconies with stunning views of the pool and bougainvillea. They include an Italian walk-in shower, a desk, a double bed, and a relaxing seating area.

    Designed with terracotta tones and natural fabrics, they capture the timeless charm and summer energy of Spetses.

    At Yayaki Spetses, the food is all about quality. Each dish is crafted from premium, locally sourced ingredients to showcase the best of Greek cuisine.

     Mornings begin with a nourishing breakfast filled with fresh fruits, creamy yogurt, and homemade treats. While we’re not going fully vegetarian, the menu offers plenty of vibrant, plant-based options rooted in one of the world’s healthiest diets. 

    And for our night out? You’re free to indulge in whatever you fancy—because every craving deserves a little love!

    Set on the stunning island of Spetses, Yayaki combines minimalist luxury with island charm. With deluxe solo rooms, open spaces, and a pool just steps from the beach, it’s designed for deep relaxation and reconnection. 

    Each morning begins with sunrise meditation and slow-flow yoga to set a peaceful tone, followed by self-compassion workshops that help release perfectionism and bring more kindness into your everyday life. 

    You’ll also experience my Signature Release Class—a mix of movement, breath, and sound for a refreshing sense of lightness. In the evenings, unwind with gentle restorative yoga to ease you into a restful night. Every activity is optional, letting you move at your own pace. 

    Outside sessions, explore island life—shop local treasures, enjoy a sunset cocktail, or lounge by the pool. For adventure seekers, we’ll arrange optional extras like a bike tour, a kaiki boat ride, or a horse carriage tour, depending on the vibe. 

    And if pampering is calling, a relaxing massage is always an option. This retreat is all about recharging in a way that feels perfect for you.

  • How to get there?

    Yayaki Spetses is nestled on the peaceful and picturesque island of Spetses, known for its car-free streets and relaxed atmosphere. The exact address will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

    How to Get Here

    • Fly into Athens International Airport (ATH).
    • From the airport to Piraeus Port:
    • • Metro (My Recommendation): The metro is the most reliable option, avoiding traffic and ensuring you arrive on time. Take the airport metro line to Monastiraki Station, then transfer to the green line towards Piraeus. The journey takes about 45–60 minutes.
    • • Taxi: Alternatively, you can take a taxi, though travel time can vary depending on traffic.
    • Ferry to Spetses:
    • • From Piraeus, board a ferry to Spetses, with regular departures by companies like Hellenic Seaways. The journey takes 2–3 hours, depending on the type of vessel.
    • Upon Arrival: Once you arrive at Dapia Port on Spetses, we’ll be there to greet you and provide a complimentary transfer to the hotel.

    On the evening of 10th May, we’ll head into town to savour traditional flavours at a local restaurant. This dinner is not included in the retreat fee.

    Day 1: Arrival

    • Welcome ceremony: Self-compassion workshop, including an introduction and a guided meditation

    • Gentle yoga session followed by journaling

    • Welcome Dinner at Yayaki Spetses

    Day 2: Hike & Workshop

    • Sunrise meditation and slow flow yoga

    • Breakfast

    • Hike with a beach stop, lunch, and time to explore surroundings or do some shopping

    • Transfer to Yayaki

    • Afternoon workshop: Release class, journaling, and a self-compassion meditation

    • Free time: Rest, massage, or relax by the pool

    • Dinner at a traditional local taverna

    Day 3: Beach & Restorative Yoga

    • Sunrise meditation and slow flow yoga

    • Breakfast

    • Beach time (option to choose an activity)

    • Free time: Rest, massage, or relax by the pool

    • Restorative yoga session and closing ceremony 

    • Sunset promenade and aperitivo at the port

    • Farewell dinner at Yayaki Spetses

    Day 4: Departure

    • Last flow yoga session

  • What if I have never done yoga before?

    There are no requirements to practice yoga and try for the first time. All practices of yoga are inclusive and accessible to all.
