The borgo will be exclusively ours for the week - allowing for maximum comfort, space and privacy. There will be plenty of time for garden walks, poolside chats and sunset drinks. You will be staying at one of the six spacious, modern apartments.
Each apartment has a living area with a working fireplace and comfy sofas, and a dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen. All apartments have wifi.
All of the apartments are designed for double occupancy with a double bed (or two twin beds ideal for sharing). For those of you looking to bring an additional friend (because more the merrier!), the living rooms come with sofa beds that can be converted to accommodate a third guest.

Our commitment to holistic well-being extends to the culinary experience, where organic, scrumptious Italian meals take centre stage. Everyday, we start the morning with a hot beverage of your choice before we start the day with energizing yoga practice and meditation.
A full, scrumptious brunch is served before we kick off the day's special activity.
In the evening after a relaxing gentle yoga session, we gather and share our favourite moments of the day together over a lovely, organic meal.
We fully understand the need to unplug, unwind and enjoy some well -deserved down time . So while we do have a schedule of activities - all of them are optional. This is your retreat, you decide how your day will look like.
On a typical day, we start the day with “quiet time” followed by a session of mindful meditation and yoga. We wrap up the day with gentle, restorative yoga or sound bath. During the day you will find a range of activities from scenic hikes to pasta-making workshop.
There is something new to try out each day of the week. Of course, you may also find yourself fully immersed in a good book by the pool or treating yourself to an Ayurvedic massage that instills moments of tranquility. There will also be opportunities to venture to Florence, Bologna or Modena, all of which are just over an hour away.
Why did we choose Italy and more specifically the Emilia -Romagna region for our retreat? Our shared love for the country itself aside, this region is a (somewhat) hidden gem that is still relatively under the radar for most, but for those in the know, Emilia - Romagna has everything : scenic landscape, sophisticated food culture, history and so much more.
Our home for the week is a modern, cozy ‘borgo’ in the historic village of Rocca Corneta, which nestles in the stunning Apennine mountains, on the border of Emilia -Romagna and Tuscany . It is a haven for those who need a break from the fast -paced life.
Just a little over an hour away from the cultural treasures of Florence, the vibrant city life of Bologna, and the historical charm of Modena, Emilia -Romagna is the perfect getaway for a retreat that offers everything from artisan wineries and organic farms to pure nature and culture -oriented activities.
The borgo is located in Rocca Corneta, in the Emilia-Romagna region and roughly equidistance from both Florence and Bologna. Exact address and parking details will be shared upon booking confirmation.
How to get there
• From Florence (FLR) Int'l Airport: the distance is 84km/52miles and around 1.5 hours by car.
• From Bologna (BLQ) Int'l Airport: the distance is 74km/46miles and under 1.5 hours by car.
*If you plan on renting a car and driving to the borgo, please note that a valid international driver’s license is required for car rental (for both EU/non-EU citizens) **Should you wish to travel to the borgo via tax/car service, we would be happy to help arrange and provide a price quote upon request
There are no requirements to practice yoga and try for the first time. All practices of yoga are inclusive and accessible to all.
If you have a medical condition we do recommend checking with your doctor.
