    Step up into the mat with me to learn how to cultivate inner peace, achieve emotional balance, sharpen mental clarity, and embrace renewed physical vitality.

    Through a holistic tailored session, where I blend therapeutic sequencing, mindfulness, grounding and somatic techniques, and compassionate self-reflection, you will embark on a transformative journey that will empower you to unleash your full potential and reclaim control over your well-being.

    • We will co-create a practice that supports you physically, mentally, and emotionally, on and off the mat in your everyday life.
    • Sessions include sequences of 60 minutes of meditation, mindful accessible yoga poses, breath-work, relaxation, and lifestyle advice. Each sequence is designed with a therapeutic focus to help you reach your goals or ease your symptoms.
    • Sessions take place in-person or online. Thaleia works with clients in person in Athens, Greece and offers zoom sessions to people all over the world.
    • You will be supported in integrating what you have learned in the sessions to your everyday life in a sustainable and practical way.
    • Every 6 weeks we reflect on your journey, and we will evolve your practice based on what works best for you and possible current needs.
    • Email support is available if you have any questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I wear/bring to class?
    • Wear comfortable clothes and layers to keep yourself warm and cozy
    • Please have the following props if practicing online: 1 yoga mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1 blanket, 1 eye mask, 1 bolster or 2 cushions
    • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to settle in
    • Keep yourself well hydrated before and after class
    • Let us know about any injuries or health conditions
    • Avoid eating 2 hours before class
  • How long are the private classes?

    Each class lasts 60 minutes. The first class is 90 minutes for assessment and time for practice.

  • When would I start to see results?

    This depends on each individual and how well you integrate the practices learned in class into your daily life. It is my desire and goal to help you cultivate lasting change in your life and we need time to figure out what best works for you. Together we will explore & co-create a practice that is sustainable and creates lasting positive change.
