My love for the embodied practice of yoga inspired me to create Holistic Blooming, an inclusive and accessible space where I help my students in their journeys towards healing, recovery, empowerment, and self- transformation through a gentle and mindful practice that supports their mind, body, and soul in their everyday life.
I’m passionate about offering you more than yoga poses. I want to help you find balance in your daily life, live mindfully and with purpose, make healthier choices, free your body from physical burdens and discomfort, and become your authentic self so that you can truly thrive and bloom.

After a 10-year professional career in architecture, I was deeply moved by the healing qualities of yoga, which inspired me to pursue a therapeutic yoga training with the Soma Yoga Institute of California and became a 200hrs Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Ever since, I've engaged in several training programs, continuously expanding my knowledge of the brain, mind, and body. I hold certifications as a trauma-informed yoga teacher through the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) and as a Grief Yoga teacher, and have also completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training.

Holistic Blooming was born from my heart, fueled by a deep love for yoga and a desire to share its benefits with others. It’s more than a yoga community—it’s a space where we come together to heal, grow, and support one another on our personal journeys to well-being.
Years ago, when I was struggling with my own health, I decided to start a little garden project. I didn’t have much energy, but there was this tiny spark inside me—a seed of hope—that kept me going. At the time, I didn’t realize how much meaning the name Thaleia, which means "to bloom" in Greek, would soon carry in my life.
As I cared for my garden, I started to notice something beautiful happening—it reflected the growth happening within me. Spending time in nature and on my yoga mat helped me navigate through anxiety, depression, and pain, guiding me toward a life filled with more calm, joy, and balance.
Holistic Blooming is a reflection of that journey. It’s my way of offering others the tools that helped me bloom—empowering you to discover your own inner strength and create a life that feels peaceful, joyful, and whole.
Here, yoga isn’t just about moving through poses. It’s about nurturing yourself, building a loving relationship with your body and mind, and connecting with a compassionate community where you can truly thrive.

I guide my classes with a holistic and trauma-informed approach, considering each person as a whole and honouring each student’s needs and lived experiences.
My teachings weave together somatics, grounding and breathing techniques, clear alignment, and creative sequencing.
I offer variations to make yoga accessible to all and use a compassionate and invitational language to encourage you to listen to your body, making you feel safe, supported and more connected to your truest Self.
