Yoga has been a profound source of healing and transformation in my life I knew it had to be shared.
My love for the embodied practice of yoga inspired me to create Holistic Blooming, an inclusive and accessible space where I help my students in their journeys towards healing, recovery, empowerment, and self- transformation through a gentle and mindful practice that supports their mind, body, and soul in their everyday life.
